FAQ

1. How do I book?
The preferred method is by telephoning us, alternatively you can email or you can complete the booking form on the bookings page. Our contact information can be found here.

2. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can contact us on the day as we may have availability.

3. How much does it cost?
Please see the inflatable page for all prices, prices may vary depending on your intended use i.e. home/business/location or number of items hired, please contact us to get exact prices.

4. What do the prices include?
All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery within a 10 mile radius of us, a small charge may need to be charged for out of area deliveries, (please contact us for delivery rates). You will also receive a blower, extension cable, circuit breaker and safety crash mat, the price also includes set up, inflation and collection.

5. When are your bouncy castles available?
Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.

6. How long do I get the equipment for?
Most parties are in the afternoon and so we will deliver and set up your castle between 8am and 12noon (this can vary in peak seasons but we always have your unit there in time for your party), we will then come and take the castle away after your party has finished usually from 4pm onwards although pick up time can be arranged to suit up until 8pm, in peak season we may pick up later than this but this cannot be guaranteed, if you require the unit later than this it may be possible but there may be an additional charge please contact us to find out details .

7. Do you hire overnight?
Under certain circumstance this can be arranged on our adult units, please contact us.

8. Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required to book, however we may ask for a cleaning or damage deposit in some cases on delivery which will be refunded when the unit is collected in good order.

9. How do I pay?
Our preferred method is cash on delivery, we do not accept credit card payments and cheque payments need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking date, we do not accept cheques on delivery and our delivery driver will not leave the unit with you if you have no other method of payment.

10. What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at any time, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. If no notice is given you may incur a cancellation fee.

11. What if it rains?
Most of our bouncy castles come with shower covers and can be operated in moderately wet conditions but not in heavy rain due to safety reasons, in the event of poor weather on the day we may contact you to check you still wish to still have the unit, if you cancel before we set off to deliver there is no cancellation charge. If you cancel when we turn up we will have to charge a percentage of the hire rate to cover costs incurred. Please be aware that we will not give refunds if you are unable to use the unit once delivery has been accepted and the unit set up.

12. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
No this is not possible however if it is a very slight slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.

13. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approx 15 minutes to set up and 10 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire.

14. How much space is needed?
You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front and rear of castle and 3 feet either side this is to allow access and the blower at rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited, we may refuse to deliver if the area is not suitable for safe operation of the unit, please contact us if you are in any doubt at all.

15. When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?
We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply (petrol blower is available at an extra charge), also in some cases you may need to provide 2 forms of I.D. i.e. Drivers Licence, Utility Bill etc.

16. Do you supply safety instructions?
Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire and will go through the safe operation of the unit on delivery, (Risk assessments and public liability info is available on request)

17. Is there an age limit for children using the castle?
Yes most our units have age limits all these can be seen on our inflatables pages.
